Sales Specialist

Sigma is seeking qualified Sales Professionals to help grow its heat and energy management business. We are seeking individuals that are ambitious, self-motivated, and possess the communication skills necessary to sell to small and mid-sized businesses.



  • Some college coursework
  • Telemarketing or direct sales experience


  • Construction, Insulation, HVAC, or Roofing knowledge
  • 2+ years Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
  • Ability to learn complex concepts quickly
  • Competitive Attitude; Strong Drive and Motivation

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sell residential insulation to small and mid-sized contractors
  • Travel as required to close deals (<5%)
  • Work with management to generate new leads 





National Sales Manager - Radiant Barrier Products

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a sales team responsible for selling low emissivity films and fabrics into various markets that include residential and commercial building and construction, multi-functional window coverings, and consumer products. You will work with a cross functional team including executive leadership, product development, and business development personnel to grow our business. You will develop knowledge of account representatives performance, effectiveness, and proficiency through ongoing direct and indirect coaching methods.
